We moved cross country, and everything seemed fine until we called to have our Pod delivered to our new place. In phone conversations when I was setting things up, they made it sound like all we had to do was call and we'd have our stuff within a day or 2. But when we called, they said it would be more like 2 weeks! This is completely unacceptable. We're now in a new home without any of our belongings for 2 weeks, after paying $3500 for their service.
