The service was exactly as described and the drivers were very courteous. I used a POD to move from a house to an apartment and had time to leave it in the driveway of the house. The apartment management did not want it in the parking lot for more than three days, so moving in was definitely accelerated. The POD people knew the permitting process for the city from which I moved and that made things simpler too.
