We bought carpet, tile and vinyl flooring from Pods 20 years ago and had a great experience. We're now remodeling and have gone into Pods twice recently. Both times, the people working seemed like they had absolutely no interest in helping us. I'm not sure if ownership has changed, but we'll find a store that has better customer service.

After they gave us an estimate the found a cheaper source for the carpet and charged us less than the original estimate!
