Inez was so professional! At first Inez mentioned that she did not believe she could place the Pod in our driveway from the alley. But with her patience and skill she was successful! Great customer service with a smile! 5+ Stars!
Editing this after corporate responded and the other shoe dropped: the online platform and the drivers are great, but the corporate machine is awful. I got wrongly charged for another month (I suspect because their systems didn’t communicate in a timely manner) and then had to call and be on hold multiple times to try to get it sorted out. Additionally, there are invoices in the website that make no sense. When my POD was initially delivered the contents inside had shifted significantly and caused a bulge in the door, preventing it from being raised. Inez from the Salisbury, MD, warehouse came back out to assist. She raised and lowered the POD several times. Working together, we were able to raise the door just enough so that we could dislodge the boxes and open the door. This is my 3rd and final POD. I can’t speak more highly about Tay, Inez, and the entire Salisbury team!!
For under $400, we are absolutely thrilled with the POD services. That amount covered their biggest pod for a month plus additional insurance and it being moved to our new home. Completing everything online was simple, including scheduling our move and final pick up date. It was so convenient to be able to leave the pod at the home we’re selling, load it slowly over the span of showings and then final move, and then having it taken to our new home and left a few days while we unpacked.
