THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If I could give pods a zero star I would! They have been nothing but hell since day one. They do a lot of lying and scamming! Lied about my pick up date, lied about pricing and I and added hundreds extra to what I was supposed to pay. Not to mention after I already paid them $3000, they added another $112 to have it delivered to my door step, gave me a few hours to pay it or they’d cancel my delivery. Professionals all the way around... scheduling drop off, billing, and pickup was easy... The Driver Moises was extra careful getting the unit out of a tight gate area.
Great experience moving across the country with PODS. Was able to get expedited transit to avoid winter storm Fern which helped our timeline. The only hitch was in the final pickup of the container and some less than ideal communication about a delay but they came the next day and picked it up without further trouble.
The service is amazing. The delivery service was pretty accurate on the time for delivery and pick up. I highly recommend if you need storage space PODS is the way to go
Moved from Indiana to New Mexico and really appreciated the support and flexibility Pods provided. They helped us estimate how many we would need and were flexible at the last minute when we realized we needed one more 8-foot Pod. They were flexible on delivery since our closing date kept getting delayed. They provided great recommendations for movers on both ends to load and unload the Pods.
