Horrible experience. They changed my "local" delivery location. Originated in Clearwater and delivery in 34433 zip was local in Feb 2018. Called for delivery and sometime during the 9 months they changed the "local territory" without notifying me. First they tell me I will have to drive to the storage location in Holiday and pick up my belongings. I brought to their attention my original contract with pickup zip and delivery zip with a $253 delivery fee. Speak to a Supervisor and they will deliver for $1,157 "long distance".... read more
