Blaine was exceptional. Was very patient with the traffic in parking lot, professional and knowledgeable.
Must thank Blaine (totally awesome!), and Kellie (for dealing with this high maintenance client), and the whole PODs team… my ‘life’ is now on route to Chicago!
If you experience a problem go directly to a supervisor. Also, keep a sharp eye on your updates, because they will change dates on you with no phone calls to directly figure something out that works.
The pick up driver was very awsome and in my very strong opinion. Needs a raise asap
Their service was exceptional. I got PODS for interstate moving and I can confidently say that I had a pleasant experience. From the customer service agent that set up my order to the drivers that dropped and picked up the container, the whole process was stress free. The drivers were very friendly. Blaine was especially personnable and even helped with re-arranging some of the loads we put in the container. Blaine is a happy fellow and I was glad to have had him come pick up our PODS. I would totally recommend PODs
