I rented a Pod in May 2026. It was delivered during the quoted delivery time window as promised. I used it to remove everything from our garage to do some updates. It also was picked up at the promised time. No hidden fees or charges. Great Job!

Worst service. Not recommended. They never deliver as scheduled Edited: Now, POD owner wants me to report my issue on provided email, as if they going to take it seriously and TRUELY going make service better. Customer support provides legit false details, and if you ask them further in detail they disconnect so they don't have to deal with it. AVOID!! Terrible, terrible experience with PODS. They do fraudulent charges and make you pay no matter what to get your stuff back. I am trying to speak to a supervisor currently, and they have none in even though it is 8:30 am??? I have 2 PODS and have dealt with PODS for 6 months - it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Scam artists! Did not disclose extra fees! Good luck getting a hold of customer service. Shady company. They will charge your credit card even AFTER service is complete.
