I was supposed to get my pod delivered on June 17th. But they only deliver on Wednesdays and they postponed it a week. I was unable to move into my apartment. I have tried reaching out for compensation, but their website put me on hold for an hour then disconnected me. They need to ensure that the pod is delivered on 6/24 and compensate me for the delay. They automatically cancelled my delivery and changed it to a week later. Did not confirm with anyone , chose their own delivery date without confirming. I would not recommend . I would rather go with U-Haul. When I called customer service it is so hard to reach them and when I complained they could not help. They were not able to change the delivery date . The previous driver took it upon himself to change the delivery date.
UNRELIABLE. DOES NOT DELIVER ON TIME, IF AT ALL. WILL NOT USE AGAIN. We are currently in the middle of working with Moving PODS, and if I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm going to start charging PODS for storing there POD in our driveway. It has been here over a week empty. It was supposed to be picked up Tuesday Wednesday when asked what happened they said it was picked up I took photo and sent it like this is not picked up they play ring around the problem. I even told them if it was not picked up I'll be taking legal actions to collect a storage fee from them because that's what they are doing they are storing there empty POD in my driveway until they need it and I want my driveway bac... read more
