Spoke with Customer service twice and both employees were very kind. With that being said, my delivery date was rescheduled for a later date because the date I chose was overbooked. This is extremely inconvenient and I had to cancel. Suggest working out any kinds in the system so this does not happen in the future.
I have NEVER dealt with a more disorganized, incompetent company in my life!! Not only did they completely waste HOURS of my time, PODS Moving and storage has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EARTH!!! And when they have YOUR WHOLE LIFE in their hands, that is VERY BAD NEWS! Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time. Driver deivered my pod and ripped my phone line down from my house, Been 2 weeks and still no return call to fix this. Absolutely horrible people to deal with
