All the techs that brought my PODS to me, as well as the one’s that picked them up were awesome. They arrived well within their time slot, very friendly and were quick to off load or up load every time. I would recommend this group to anyone who’s needing temporary storage for their belongings.
If I could give this specific location no stars j would. I was told originally that I could pick up my items from my pod at the johnson city location at anytime. Then when my pod actually gets delivered to this location because I don't have a home for it to be dropped that I had to schedule access time at least 24 hrs in advance which I did with customer service and then get a call saying that they are not open on Saturdays.
