I rented a pod back in June. While looking over the cost my initial delivery fee was 435.00 I rented it for 3 months. Which I assumed I was paying for my 3 months for my initial payment. Nope I was charged again 325.00 for July and if I do not set up a return I am going to get charged another 325.00 for August-September. So beware and figure out your initial payment is one month!!!! Highway robbery when I can go to the local storage facility and get twice the size of a pod for 200.00 per month! This size is 150.00 per month.... read more

Absolutely horrible scamming business. One of the driver delivered the PODS to my property and he backed in to my house and damage my roof and siding. The driver fled cowardly after he dropped the PODS. He did not come out to explain to me what happened. I called his number he would not answer and I left him a message. I contacted the PODS company to file a claim, it took them three weeks to just reply to my complaints after making a dozen of calls. If I could give a ZERO I would they delivered a leaky pod and now refuse to switch it out so 3 days behind schedule on moving my moms stuff because they refused to pick it up today so can’t get another delivery from another place till they move their piece of junk from her driveway!!! 🤬I have video footage of the leaking and the owner doesn’t care also 3 to 5 days for our money back to my mom on a fixed income is totally unacceptable!
