My Pod was dropped off and picked up on time after a long-distance move! My driver, Leanid, was professional, friendly, and helpful. He helped make sure the Pod was conveniently placed and that I could open the door and access my things. I appreciate his help and the Pod service!
Would caution anyone from using PODs for long distance moves. Our pod was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday. It wasn’t and online it said it was delivered even though it wasn’t. They are impossible to get ahold of so we finally talked to someone who said we would have to wait until Monday to see where it was. After over an hour on the phone, it was finally delivered. When I opened a case to try to get some compensation/be heard, I was told no compensation since it was delivered on the original date. I did not appreciate... read more
