Consistently terrible customer service. I was also over charged by the company and they refused to refund me. Very disatisfied and I will not use this company again. There are loads of moving companies out there, I suggest using a different company because PODS will charge you more than you are quoted and then will not refund you for the overcharge.

Hidden fees, terrible customer service, and holding belongings hostage PODS refuses to deliver a storage pod from Denver to Erie, CO unless they first move the pod from their Denver storage facility to their Boulder facility—and then charge the customer an additional $400 to make that happen. First time using PODS. Delivery was smooth and efficient. Xavier the driver was very professional and easy to work with. Great experience.

We used PODS in Aurora, Colorado for a long, complex move involving five pods over roughly six months, and overall the experience was very solid. The local team was reliable, communicative, and professional throughout the process. The only hiccup we had was a scheduling mix-up where a replacement pod arrived before a pickup, but it was resolved the same day without drama, which says a lot about the crew’s flexibility and problem-solving.
