I am definitely not happy with there service department took them three days to fix a pull cord and new spark plug on a leaf blower then tried to charge me 79 dollars plus tax and didn’t even put a new cord on just used my old one after asking for new I bet you they didn’t put a new spark plug in either any way after telling that stuck up girl working the desk that it’s ridiculous to pay $80 for my old pull cord and a six dollar plug I was going to buy a new leaf blower off you guys to but after that experience with your ser... read more
Had them relace a belt on my jd round baler got the bill had to pay for 2 1/2 hours of labour I have laced belts at work 35 years ago a little rusty and didn't have the tool so I got them to do it when I questioned the labour charge he seem surprised when I told I had done this before on 16 and 24 inch belts and at most the job should only have taken about 30 minutes so now I'm looking for my own laceing tool will save me a ton of money my opinion they are way over priced for a simple service
