Extremely disappointing experience with Podium Solar. They offered an unusually quick Battery installation date (while most other installers were booked out weeks ahead), which seemed too good to be true — and it was. The installation was cancelled multiple times with different excuses (first “stuck on another job,” then “no battery stock,” then suddenly claiming they had “plenty in stock”). Podium Solar and Electrical sent me unsolicited SMS marketing messages to my number without my consent, which is a clear violation of the Australian Spam Act 2003. I have no prior relationship with this company and am deeply concerned about how they obtained my contact details. Their spammy tactics are unprofessional and intrusive. I’ve requested an explanation, but I strongly advise others to avoid this business due to their unethical marketing practices.
