This company turned what should have been a simple purchase into a bad experience. I placed an order for a specialized bolt for a Ducati motorcycle and paid a ridiculous amount for express shipping because I needed the part before the weekend. When the part arrived it was not the correct size even though their advertisement states that the part will fit all Ducati 1098 models.
