I went in with a damaged toe nail. Mr.Bastin was great. Not only did he completely tidy the nail up but gave me a perfect plan to make sure it’s pain free and hassle free. I would definitely recommend Podium to anyone. A very nice, clean, friendly inviting space.
A word of warning if visiting this clinic. Ensure you get a clear idea of the services and associated costs before proceeding. The advertised cost was not reflective of the actual amount charged. My first visit to this clinic was disappointing as I was charged for an extra service I was not advised about. I did take this up with the owner and although apologetic and admitting that the fees could be more transparent, I am still out of pocket with no compensation offered. Our 8-year-old son was very nervous about a wart removal procedure. The team was wonderful—they took time to help him relax and explained everything in a calm, friendly way. The appointment went smoothly and turned into a genuinely positive experience for him. Highly recommend
