This office is terrible. Beware being overcharged for simple items such as a brace, gauze, or other medical items where they apply a huge markup. I went in for a post-MRI consultation in May of 2024 with Dr. Rudolph Anderson. The charge for a 45-minute consultation (which in reality lasted about 15 minutes) plus a support boot for achilles injury was over $750. Today I was in the office The attention at the reception is lousy, they cancel your appointment without notifying you and they lie all the time! I will not go again
Dr Anderson is nice. His office sucks. Every time I call I am on hold for 5+ minutes. I get transferred and no one picks up. I finally sent a message on the portal 2 days ago because I think my toe is infected and my message was never answered. I called this morning and she said she would send the message to the doctor under "high priority". I never heard back and no prescription was called in. I am very frustrated with them.
This place is awesome! Dr. Anderson and his more than capable staff continuously provide 5-Star level of service. The medical assistants are the best ever! Priscilla and Alex are always polite and informative in the overall care. They genuinely desire to see you "well" and it shows in every visit! The front office staff is equally adequate and professional! I highly recommend this VHC Podiatry care facility to anyone who needs it. Great job 👏 👍 👌 🙌 Thanks! ❤ 💙 🧡
