I called the receptionist, I think her name was Jay or Kay, when I told her that I decided that I was going to change foot doctors, the foot doctor that I had my second opinion with; this receptionist hung up on me abruptly, didn't say goodbye or take care. This was very rude and uncaring for the receptionist to do so. It's my right to get a second opinion on my foot and if I feel that the second opinion doctor can help me better with my foot that's my choice! The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Practically no wait time when we arrived and the doctor visit was short and to the point. Would definitely recommend!
