Dr. Miller is very kind and knowledgeable, we just wish she didn't talk 100 words a second. She speaks so fast, older patients and patients with learning issues can not follow along and comprehend.
I called the receptionist, I think her name was Jay or Kay, when I told her that I decided that I was going to change foot doctors, the foot doctor that I had my second opinion with; this receptionist hung up on me abruptly, didn't say goodbye or take care. This was very rude and uncaring for the receptionist to do so. It's my right to get a second opinion on my foot and if I feel that the second opinion doctor can help me better with my foot that's my choice!
