Misdiagnosed me. Made my injury much worse with inappropriate stretches and exercises. Gave me attitude when I called and chased for my results. The whole process took ages and was a big fat waste of time. They never answer the phone. NHS at its worst.

Absolutely disgusted as i have been ringing since wednesday continuously and by the time i have finally got through on the monday i was told there were no appointments. I understand it may be busy however had they answered the phone on one of the other 3 days i rang i would have been able to get an appointment. So disappointed. This is usually the clinic i prefer as do my partner and friends and they have completely let me down.

TRYING TO GET AN APPOINTENT FOR A HIV TEST. SEEMS TO BE CLOSED DOWN. WHEN YOU PHONE THEM YOU GET A RECORDED MESSAGE SAYING "THERE IS NO ONE AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT" AND "THEY ARE SORRY" AND IT CONTINUES SAYING TO GO ONTO THE NHS.GOV WEBSITE TO "BOOK AND APPOINTMENT"... WHEN I TRIED THAT THE INFO SAYS THE ONLY WAY TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IS TO PHONE THE CENTRE !! I WAS PHONING ALL YESTERDAY [FRIDAY' AFTERNOON FROM 1PM TILL 5PM WITH NO ANSWER !!
