Made an appointment this morning to see Dr. Grace left work early only to be told if I don't pay the $50 hour co-pay I am unable to be seen. They refused to bill me the co-pay therefore not happy I should've been advised prior to leaving work. Since when do the doctors offices force you to pay your co-pay at time of visit. The lady seemed to have no concern whatsoever for my condition therefore I'll never be back after all these years!!!!
I went today, first time. They were prompt, and professional. I was pleased and pain free when I left I definitely recommend this office.
I have been a patient of Grace Craig MD and she has performed bunion correction surgery on both of my feet. My experience was very satisfying with the surgery and care I received from this practice. Dr. Craig was a delight to work with and was very thorough with all that she did.
