Mi experiencia fue horrible. Fui con un dolor muy fuerte en el pie por varios problemas. Casi sin poder caminar. El doctor, no se interesó por mí. Lo que quería era venderme las plantillas para zapatos y otros artículos. Cuando le dije que ya contaba con las plantillas (hechas por otro doctor y costosas), se negó a seguir atendiéndome. Su personal fue empático con mi sufrimiento pero el doctor no. Más negociante que doctor.
Lamentablemente su atención al paciente y citas es deficiente. No habia estacionamiento disponible (habiendo estacionamiento sin uso y bloqueados). Llamé para informarles que llegaría tarde, y luego de identificarme me dicen que no tenia cita, cuando ellos me la habían dado dos meses antes. Tuve que regresar sin ser atendido. Gracias por nada.
Excelente Doctor, su staff es muy profecional
Buen servicio y atención a mi problema. No pierden el tiempo y el personal siempre está trabajando. Me siento satisfecha y los recomiendo.
El Dr Montanile me hizo sentir escuchada y atendió mi problema con amabilidad. Utilizó un yeso flexible que me quitó el dolor muy fuerte de tendinitis que tenía en 7 días. Todo su equipo me ha atendido muy amablemente y han contestado todas mis preguntas. Definitivamente seguiré viniendo.
