I made a 3 month follow up appointment on my first visit. After my 45 minute drive to Mineral Wells I found an empty office, door unlocked, reception window open, and nobody there. Any crook could have gone in and stolen anything not tied down. After 15 minutes I left, never to return. Needs a zero star! update: PA of Texas called 3 days later to apologize but would not pay me directly for time or expenses. So, how sorry are they?
