I had an ingrown toenail surgical procedure here to trim back the nail bed and I’m actually looking forward to getting my other foot done. I had NO idea the procedure would be so easy! The doctor was professional and quick. The staff was wonderful. If you suffer from ingrown toenails, don’t wait! You’ll never have to worry about them again
My wife ordered inserts from this place 10 weeks ago. They said it would take 2-4 weeks to process. First they said they were on back order, then it was they could not get the materials to make the inserts, then they lost the images of her feet. Finally I talked to the "manager" of the office who said she would check on the inserts with the company making them and call me back with the update. Still waiting on that call. There is definitely a problem with the oversight of this company! Buyer beware!
I have been there for over 7 years. Dr. Warner is terrific. She has done all of my surgeries on my foot. I love the staff there. When I call or come in, it seems like I'm going to see friends. I always recommend people to her.
