If I could leave a ZERO STAR I would. Ditto everyone else — their billing is awful. I paid $120 every time I came in, and then, almost 18 months after my last appointment, they sent me a bill saying I’d paid $115 TOTAL and still owed another $100. Total BS. If you go here, save every single receipt you get FOREVER.

The billing policies here caused issues for me. I filled out the intake form with my current address but they pulled my mailing address from my license, where I didn’t live, and sent 5+ bills I never received. I paid my copay but they were billing for something additional. I got a call that was quite rude and blameful from Shannon without any knowledge of this situation maybe a year after my visit.

From the second I walked in I was not comfortable. The condition of the furniture and carpeting told me all I needed to know. Yet I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. For that I had to have a very uncomfortable treatment repeated at the office of a completely different practice 2 months later. Disappointing to the max.

Avoid at all costs - this office seems to struggle with high turnover, leading to minimal competence of the lower and mid level staff. They will also mislead you into buying products, assuring you that costs are covered by insurance, then stick you with the bill. Do yourself and big favor and head to Forte.

Dr Amanda is no longer at this practice and without her, I mam ber dissatisfied. The nurse was new and had to take 12+ X-ray images due to mistakes for should be 3 simple X-ray view. Way too much radiation. Even worse, could tell the new doc had already made up his mind that he wanted to take me to surgery before examining or talking to me.
