For the record-Dissatisfied patient at Issue irresponsible biling office ; They charged me my portion for orthotics at time of service. I accepted and paid the bill. A year later I received a new bill from Podiatry Associates NW changing a full amount for the orthotics. The billing department said My insurance decided to collected full amount. Because of their error I was now expected to pay. The billing department did not offer to take responsibility for this error which they claimed was Insurance error. United Health Care ... read more
I spoke with Rod about my heel pain and he has been awesome to work with. He is easy to speak to, answered all of my questions, provided helpful tips, and got me setup quickly with comfortable orthotics. I 100% would recommend him if you are dealing with foot pain. *Update* After determining custom orthotics would not be enough, Rod presented me with multiple options to get me back to 100%. Very pleasant experience. Found the doctor and staff to be caring, personable, and knowledgeable. We discussed medical problems, possible solutions, and mapped out a course of action. I left confident that the planned treatment would be effective and relieved that pain would soon be going away.
