I cannot recommend this place more. I’ve been dealing with an ingrown toenail for over a year. I’ve seen my primary care doctor about it and I’ve cut my toenail back myself a dozen times. It kept coming back. Finally went and seen a Podiatrist about it. Dr John Lindsay took one look at it and said he could fix it permanently. After a painless 15 minute procedure he was done. My daughter and I have both seen Dr Mota for a few years. She takes her time and listens to our concern. She has addressed our problems well. I always felt like she was very knowledgeable and never jumped to drastic measures without exploring all other options first. I refer her to people all the time.
I asked my PCP to send a referral to this office since the location was convenient. This office left me a voicemail that they’d received my referral and to call them back to schedule. I called back the next day (today) and the lady on the other end of the line sounded absolutely miserable. I began the call by saying I was calling back to schedule a new patient appointment and that my PCP had sent a referral, and spelled my last name.
