Podesta Design Build recently completed a remodel of our bathroom. It was a challenging project because the bathroom was small and had an unusual skylight/ceiling. "We redid half of our main floor and two sides of the garden level at the back of house. The main goals were to rearrange the layout to have better flow including moving the kitchen and a half bath and adding a deck. Just had them back for another project: renovation of a 2nd floor patio (off the guest room, over the dining room roof). It's FABULOUS. They fixed the roof, put down gorgeous Spanish tile that matches our roof, redid the walls and railing, added lighting and water (so I can have plants up there and be able to water them) and replaced the French doors from the guestroom to the patio.
