Dr Podell was my husband's doctor for years. My husband had a distended abdomen and instead of testing this in and MRI or CAT scan he told him to basically do no carbs. This was hard for him to be called obese, he was told this by Dr Podell. When he went into private practice....$2,000 a year, I decided that I wasn't so sure that he was such a good doctor. Fabulous DR and staff. Goes well above and beyond what any other doctor has done for me. My sons moved over to him from pediatrician and love him too. He has great insight and sizes up people quickly (very intuitive). Very patient and kind. Explains everything in detail and answers all questions. I never feel rushed out of the office. I feel like he cares about my family. Able to get in touch with him any time of day. Makes going to the DR easy and fun. MedVIP is expensive but top medical care from him is worth it.
