I have seen my fitness and health change a lot in the last few months since joining! The coaches are so motivating and push you to do your best every class. The workouts are always killer but you feel so good after each one

I have been going to Pod1um for over a year now, and it has completely changed both my mindset and fitness. Austin genuinely cares about his members and is very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to everyone of all fitness levels.

I joined Pod1um at the beginning of October because I needed a change of scenery from my previous gym. I was very apprehensive at first due to low confidence and self esteem, especially when walking into a new gym environment. From the moment I arrived, Austin gave me the warmest welcome, and after just one trial session, I was completely locked in. I've recently joined Pod1um after being a member with a different large group fitness organisation. The experience has been night and day, with Austin being so welcoming, knowledgeable and creating a really inclusive community. I had lost quite a lot of confidence at my last gym, only for Austin to turn that around within a week!
