I want to add my praise to Pod Shop Owner Kim's floral artistry and exceptional customer service. Second time that I've reached out to the Pod Shop to help me send flowers (once a live plant, today an arrangement) to someone important from her admirers in North Carolina. Delivery was same day I talked with Rachel, who accurately ( and patiently) added our message to the order. "New Hope" --- well named. Thank you.
Kim and the Pod Shop team did an incredible job with our wedding florals and decor. We told Kim we liked bright sunset tones and she put together beautiful arrangements that far exceeded our expectations! Thanks Pod Shop!!
I took my son to get a single rose. We walked in and there were 5 people in there and not one said hello or asked if they could help us. I walked toward the counter and still no acknowledgement. I had to be asked to be helped. I felt as though I was Interrupting the conversation. I was handed a rose in tissue paper and had to ask for a ribbon. The rose was nice and the store was beautiful . The customer service was lacking.
Ugliest vase I ever saw. Threw it out immediately. Purple bouquet was requested.
