I am a returning customer to this place as I love it so so much. It’s unfortunate that since returning things have gotten a bit rundown. The pods themselves remain beautiful and 5 star clean - however the exterior of some pods have their steps covered in tape and rundown. The showers are a biohazard, the layer of grime and filth on each wall makes it uncomfortable to properly take a shower. If you are staying, please bring shower shoes! I would return, I just hope cleanliness in shared zones improves. Xx
