Having completed a number of running events ranging from 5km to half marathon I decided to book an appointment with Joe at Podfit Modbury for a running assessment. I found the assessment beneficial to better understand my running mechanics, find where I can improve and discuss injury prevention. Since having my first running assessment with Joe back in January, the difference in my running has been huge. Joe has helped me understand how to move more efficiently, choose the right shoes, and make small adjustments that have made a big difference. Went to an appointment yesterday and we had a very good experience. I was able to make the appointment very easily and for the very next day, which was great! Christian was very good and supportive and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
