Great customer service. I went in to get my screen fixed on a iPhone 6. The technician not only repaired the phone with premium glass and added tempered glass and a free case for only $130 but did it in half the time he told me. He is totally awesome and great customer service skills. I'm sending everyone I know that needs repair to him.
Amazing!! Seriously impressed with this place. Knowledgeable, well priced, great communication, fast service, tremendous efforts to save the work on my Mac Book Pro, very friendly... You'd be crazy to take your iPhone, iPad, or Mac anywhere else for repair and service needs.

These guys did a great job on my nieces phone. Super fast, friendly, and less expensive than the Apple Store.
My iPad had a problem with its screen and I couldn't see anything. The screen wasn't broken but I had no clue what was wrong with it. After 2 minutes in Pod Drop my iPad was working again and I was happy, but the best part was that he didn't even charge me for the simple reset he did on my iPad.
