Arpad is the most knowledgeable, technically skilled, capable, accommodating, and reasonably priced computer technician, I ever knew. He has an enormous grasp of a wide array of hardware devices and software. He replaced a cracked laptop screen, and enabled me to play DVDs on the unit, for the first time, by diagnosing the lack of software, as the issue, and downloading and installing it. The first place I go for refurbished computers. Been buying them here (for various people and organizations) for over 15 years. Arpad really knows his stuff!
Was having trouble getting a GPU to work on my computer. Arpod was able to drop it in a machine and verify that the card was working as it should. Super helpful to have someone local with the knowledge to troubleshoot and who has all the weird cables/converters on hand.
Bought some thermal paste, way better than the stuff at the big box chains. Glad to have a local shop like this! Thanks!
