I called the Kanata location on Feb 1/2 to reserve two meals for Valentines Day. Spoke to the owner who told me they were just making up the menu and not to worry, he had my name and we would be looked after. Called again on Feb 13 to confirm we wanted the meals and were told "no orders till 1: 00pm Feb 14". OK, called at 1;00 pm and the line was constantly engaged till I used the Bell "Line Occupied" service to get through at 2:05 pm. Sold Out, our names not on any list. Annoyed?? YOU BETCHA!! Best Italian place! We order takeout almost weekly and they remember my voice and meal! Great service. Veal dishes and pasta are delicious.
