I had been trying to get pricing for the past year and a half to 2 years and all the contractors that I dealt with were coming back with pricing that was ridiculous my house is only 840 square feet and they were giving me prices for a new roof of $22,000 and above and not one of them even looked under my shingles or even got up on my roof to see what was under the shingles.
