We’re on a family vacation in the Poconos and I had one tire losing air and another with a gash in the sidewall but was still drivable, but very concerning. I called around to a few tire places and Pocono tire and brake stood out head and shoulders above them all. I had an amazing experience thanks to JR. Needed my daughter's car checked out to ensure it was ready for the road. JR was able to get it checked out and ready for the road in know time. Check the dates on the reviews. They may be under new management. They told me I needed work done to my car to pass inspection. I took my car to different mechanics and each said nothing was wrong with my brakes. Pocono Tire wasn't even able to take my tires off and I'm extremely glad they wasn't able to. I saved over $3000 and passed my inspection by going to the dealer. I was frustrated because they told me I had to go else where for the emission inspection and come back.
