THIS PLACE NEVER BUY A HOME HERE! THEY TRY TO SCAM THEIR WAY INTO TENNANTS POCKETS BY CREATING FINES, VIOLATIONS AND THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF COMMUNITY UNTIL FORCED, YOU GET STUCK IN SNOW, PLOW AFTER ALL SNOW HAS STOPPED MAKING DRIVING DIFFICULT, DO YOUR HOMEWORK, NOW THEY POSTED DOUBLE TRAFFIC FINES
The manager of this association Dan Dougherty is mean and nasty! I’m a single mother of 4 and have had a home in this community for 15 years. I have never been treated or spoken to by previous management so horribly. Covid has severely impacted many peoples financial situations and he won’t even budge to remove interest and late fees on the exorbitant amount of dues this community charges with no amenities other then a lake, pool, and playground. I was told to “go to hell”.
