I stopped in to get some oil for my Arctic Wildcat. I was polite in my request, but the old woman there was about as nasty as could be. I am now searching for a Kubota field mower, but I will go elsewhere based on that experience. Why would I do business with someone who treats me like garbage for no reason.

i have never written a review here before but felt compelled after reading the others for Pocono Power Center. I bought a Mule from here about a year ago. I use it daily for my job and sometimes get pretty rough with it. I have them service it frequently and not only do they pick it up for me always the same day I call, but their service is always fast and my Mule is back at my door asap and in great shape. I've never experienced what the others have described as far as customer service, which to me has always been curteous ... read more

I waited a week to get an appointment and then waited three weeks for the bike to be done. Whenever I called to check on the bike they were very nasty. I figured since It was taking three weeks to finish a job that should take a week that I would be able to call and check how everything was going, but I guess I was wrong. The prices are also ridiculously high. I wouldn't recommend coming here.
