They will SAY ANTHING to SELL SOMETHING. I brought them my used spa filter & they sold me a $32 filter they INSISTED was compatible. I tried to use it for a few days, but it didn't work or fit properly, so I brought it back. Although they admitted and apologized for their error, they refused to refund me anything -- because it was used! Find another place, one with some integrity.
