This place and its instructors have changed my life. They came into my life at the right time, or perhaps I found them when I needed them most. Pilates has been 30% of my rehabilitation process, providing relief in mobility and helping me tone my muscles during my significant weight loss journey. The language (English is not my first language, but it was a major source of anxiety for me) was never a barrier. They have been patient, understanding, and professional at all times.
