Pam Radick was hired as a housekeeper. As one of the lower cost options, her services at first seemed to be of reasonable value. However, you get what you pay for. We noticed that some areas were not thoroughly cleaned, but that was something we accepted initially. However, it appeared to get worse over time. When an independent housekeeper came in while Pam Radick was unavailable, they commented on how bad a job had been done. That's when we knew things were starting to go downhill.
