Rude nurse who needs to keep her opinions to herself regarding disclosure of any status to an employer, esp when she lacks lived experience and hasnt been on the job market in a while. They will wrongly report a positive on a non-safety identified/non CDL position with a valid state card. Having to send it to a lab for verification doesn't justify this, and it is far outside of standard practice. Treatment is between drs and patients, and it is no different than any other Rx. You will wait a while even if it isn't busy.
I came for a physical exam to get my learner's permit. Everything was great! I walked in, and after 15 minutes, I started my vision and physical tests. All the staff were very nice and quick. A big thank you to everyone. I highly recommend this place.
Extremely nice receptionist, fast service, fair price - and all during a walk-in visit. Only had to wait a few minutes to see someone. Waiting area was nice and clean. No complaints at all!
I needed a physical exam for work that included vision and hearing tests. I came to the right place. Megan, at the front desk, listened to my needs attentively, answered questions reassuringly, then registered me in their computer system. 10 minutes later I was greeted by Annabelle, LPN who did the routine testing in a polite, conscientious manner.
