Stay was amazing!! The house had everything we needed. The only thing the house could use would be a small grass area and maybe a playground for the kids. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We had a great time!
Area is fantastic. Our house is massive for our large family. Rental group communicates well.
Best Mountain Castle in the Pocono Mountains, awesome amenities in the house make you not want to go anywhere, right outside the doors is wonderful waterfalls with hiking.
Horrible service. VIP must mean something else to this company. House we rented was in disrepair and pool was badly in need of servicing. When we reached out to them for assistance they did nothing. DO NOT RENT ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES. If I could give them less than 1 Star I would.
Absolutely horrific behaviour from the man who answers the main business line, ending in 4233. Called and he requested a "sucky sucky" and to get "funky funky" appalling, he should be ashamed. EDIT: Not a spam caller, was genuinely interested. Regardless, a classless way to conduct a business call and reflects poorly on Pocono.
