We were having structural issues with a portion of the house that had exterior vertical supports and found Dave after a through search. He came out on a Saturday to review the work and had a written quote to me by Monday. He and his team did a great job on the work and it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Pocono Lake Construction.

I can’t say enough about Dave and his amazing crew. My partner and I recently fully renovated a house in the Holiday Pocono community of Albrightsville, PA (Spring 2023). The house is built into a hill with a creek at the bottom of the property, and it had some foundation and hydrostatic pressure problems that developed over time after years of an only partially functioning French drain system in the basement. This past summer had a huge flood in my basement. Googled around and found these guys. I called the number from their website on a Friday Dave was at my house on Monday to give an estimate. Very easy person to talk to, and work with. He Went above and beyond to help us during this stressful experience . Super clean work and very fast. Kept his word every step of the way. Communication was great. If you ever need bwork done I recommend 100%.
