These guys deserve o negative 5 star due to lack of communication, professionalism and honesty. I caed with a door commercial door emergency They told me a tech would be out that afternoon. They told me his name waa Chris and he would he there No show no call. Around 6 pm somepne named Chris calls and tells me he is a different company. My 24 year old garage door took its final trip Friday Jan 25th 2025. After reaching out to the big boys, both HD & Lowe’s (prices were actually higher not Lowe @ all) my wife got in contact with, thank God, Pocono Garage. While I was at work, she was able to get a verbal agreement for a new door, all the accessories AND installation. I had to replace a broken garage door spring and pulley. They arrived at my house within one hour of calling them, recommended replacing both springs and pulleys due to age, and the price was very reasonable as far as I am concerned. Showed up a day later, finished the job in under an hour,. The techs were friendly and professional, Excellent experience overall!
