So thankful to have got with Shawn on the phone who was so patient and enthusiastic while i inquired all the programs available for me and my family. But then ended up meeting him in person too when coming to sign up and view the facility, where he once again was so helpful and welcoming! Thank you Shawn for all you time and I love that you seem to really enjoy what you do. Looking forward to this membership and all the programs being offered.
I have active and fit through my job and it says they are a part of program, I was excited to start working out there however I got a call they don’t take active and fit. I called active and fit who informed me they called the gym and said yes they do. Then the gym called me multiple times nasty saying they don’t take it and being mean. It stinks when u want to join and now because of that you can’t. Maybe they just don’t want another mom and kids there too much for them to handle.
