I am so disappointed! I filled out an appointment request on line, and was not contacted by anyone in over a week. Finally, a secretary called me to get some intake information. She said she would match me up with an appropriate counselor and get back to me. I thought she meant the same day, as it was in the morning. Finally, I just called now a was told that the counselor they had in mind is not taking new clients. It would have been nice to know that. Perhaps via text or phone call.
