Having a tooth extracted is a scary thing. Last week I had an apt. with Dr. Ngai. I was very nervous. However, after I met him, things became much easier. Dr. Ngai is extremely intelligent, he has a very good personality, and is extremely gentle. All of the women in the office help give you confidence as well. The procedure was not difficult at all.
