These are the best RV Technicians we have ever met! Dustin was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and great all around! Our 5th wheel tankless water heater stopped working and needed to be replaced. We called them immediately and they fit us in the same day. So if you want to hire the best RV technicians, give them a call! Highly Recommend!! Thank you, Michelle
These guys were great, went to pull out of our site, and rear airbags would not inflate. Called Pocono ATR and they squeezed us into there schedule and got to us very quickly. Minutes after they arrived they were under the rig diagnosing the issues. They explained that they might be able to do a temporary fix, but were not sure it would work. I had a 12V electrical lighting problem in my 2004 Itasca Suncruiser. I called Pocono ATR & they were able to come to my site the same day. After troubleshooting the problem 12V wiring, they were able to quickly come up with a solution & effect repairs right away. Tom & his helper were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, & took care to keep the inside of my RV clean on this sloppy rainy day. I highly recommend them & would call them again for any of my RV repair needs.
