These people are the worst. They refused to agree to a closing anywhere but their office (45 minutes) from the home being sold. They knew I was appearing remotely but waited until the last possible to moment to email me the forms that needed signing, then the links wouldn't work for anyone who tried. They waited until I called to complain to send the money to me and then it didn't work because even though I told them I was sending money to a brokerage account not a bank account, they requested the wrong information.
