I ordered the $199 “White Serenity” Super Deluxe bouquet for my sister, who is currently going through an incredibly difficult time and was extremely disappointed with what was delivered. While I understand that florists sometimes need to substitute flowers, the bouquet received bore little resemblance to the premium arrangement advertised on the website.
